Branch coverage

Coverage

Run project in local dev

npm install

npm run dev

Local development URL

The backend API runs locally at:

http://localhost:5000

It needs the db service from the discourse repo (docker compose up db) and a backend/.env with DB_HOST=localhost, DB_USER=discourse, DB_PASSWORD=racecar.
